RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Any package "Refused" or "Non Deliverable" due to a bad address provided by you is subject to a 15% restocking fee.  If you want the package re-delivered to you, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling.  Be sure to double check your shipping address.

ALL returns must FIRST be authorized by the personnel at Portable Power Equipment BEFORE RETURNING.  Call us at 1-877-218-0923 for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) which MUST be written on the outside of the box when returning.

ANY ITEMS SHIPPED BACK WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.

No returns after 30 days will be accepted.  After 30 days any returns will be for warranty repair or exchange only.

NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS OR ELECTRICAL ITEMS.
Warranty Repair or Replacement only.

NO RETURNS ON INSTALLED PARTS.

  • All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order in un-used and sellable condition.  Installed parts are only returnable for exchange if defective.
  • We are not responsible for unseen delays for "special ordered" items, or production delays as they are beyond our control.  We will, however, notify you if an item is on "backorder" as soon as we become aware of it, and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
  • If we made an error in parts shipped, we will assume only the responsibility of purchase price and shipping both ways.  Items are to be returned in new condition and shipped in the manner we specify.  You will not be charged a restocking fee.
  • All Warranties are those of the part manufacturers.  Portable Power Equipment neither offers nor implies warranty of any type for products sold by us unless it is specified on that product.  In some cases we will extend the manufacturers warranty.  During the course of the manufacturer's warranty, you will need to contact Portable Power Equipment at 1-877-218-0923 to submit a warranty claim.  We will call the manufacturer and get a RGA for you.  We will contact you with the RGA and the shipping information.  The product will have to be shipped to the manufacturer for warranty repairs.  You will assume the cost of shipping to send the product to the manufacturer.  If the repairs are covered under warranty, the manufacturer will repair or replace the product and pay for the shipping to send it back to you.  During any extended warranty time the process is the same but the product will be shipped to Portable Power Equipment.  Please call Portable Power Equipment for a RGA at 1-877-218-0923.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • "Special Order" items are not returnable.  We will inform you if the item you are ordering is not returnable.
  • If we have sent you a part that is wrong, and you provided the part number, you are responsible for all return freight, re-ship freight and any incurred expenses.

  • If your items arrive damaged, please contact us and we will arrange for replacements.
